bread and the north

Made the bread! It was amazing. We made 4 rolls. We are gifting the couple we are staying with in Bodø with a roll, I hope they like it. The bread making turned into a party.We had friends over, we made 80's and 90's playlists on spotify {Get ready to have your lives rocked, USA} And just stayed up late with good company, talking, laughing, listening to good music, reminiscing about our childhoods, and baking. Now Trish and I are getting ready to go to the airport for Bodø and Tromsø!! Hopefully we'll see the northern lights!
